Owner Mike Ludeman and Office Manager Tiffany

Mike Ludeman started in the auto body trade in 1984, right out of high school, and bought Western Auto Body in 1999. This is a full-service auto body shop with qualified craftsmen, state-of-the-art equipment and high quality paint. Western Auto Body’s BAR License number is AD227345.

They can make arrangements for towing and rental cars, they have some loaner cars available, and they work with all insurance companies.

In regards to insurance companies, Mike points out that although insurance companies routinely recommend a shop, you may choose the repair facility of your choice and go where you feel most comfortable.

COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
"It’s simple. We do whatever it takes to keep
customers satisfied. Problems are going to arise but we don’t leave people hanging. We keep them involved and let them know what’s going on. If their vehicle is going to be here longer than expected, we give them a call three days in advance. It’s all about communication."
