RPM Automotive Services was founded in 1972 in Mill Valley, Ca. by Carl F. Reich (known then as Carl & Son Machine) the father of current owner Brad Reich. Brad has run the company since 1980 and moved it to Sonoma County in 1982. The company specializes in automotive repair and maintenance, and has a complete automotive machine shop and chassis dynamometer on site. RPM has the facilities to service up to two-ton trucks and equipment, and handle fleets of vehicles with priority scheduling to “Keep your Fleet on the Street”. RPM also offers welding, repair and fabrication services, alignments, oil changes, tune-ups, brake services, performance tuning and much more. RPM Automotive Services can provide pick-up and delivery of your vehicle, loaner cars and towing services.

COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
“We’re committed to customer service and doing the job right the first time. We do what it takes to make sure that we retain our customers and make them comfortable referring their friends and family to us. Each week, our management team meets to discuss how we can improve operations. We send our staff to management training and our technicians are ASE Certified for the highest quality repairs available. We send repair reminders to our customers by mail or email and provide computerized tracking of all work performed on each vehicle to ensure a smooth and efficient process. We are so confident in our services that we offer a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty on parts and labor (12 month/12,000 miles on commercial repairs).
