“Our focus is to delight our customer. It makes our day when we get a call, letter, or referral from a happy customer, and we make sure that Adam, Ryan, Jeff and Spencer get this positive feedback as soon as possible. To help them do their best, we use the latest methods to reduce drying times, and to increase the length of time that carpets stay clean.

“Imagine cleaning your car by spraying it with water only, or by wiping it with a wet towel alone. If you spray alone, a film of dirt will remain. If you wipe alone, cleaning residue and water-based stains will remain. Carpets are no different. One of the best ways to clean carpets and keep them clean, is to use both steam and dry cleaning methods. Bonnet cleaning removes oily films, and steam cleaning removes sticky residues.
