Insight Home Services has been providing home buyers and sellers with critical information since 1993. Since its inception, Insight has inspected thousands of homes in the Bay Area. Their goal: to help home buyers and sellers make informed decisions on one of life’s biggest investments. Insight delivers an unbiased, 40-page report that contains a thorough evaluation of the property’s condition with pictures and drawings. The report includes detailed information in all major areas including roofing, plumbing, electrical, interior, appliances, heating, air conditioning, underlying structure and the building exterior and site. Insight reviews the inspection report three times before it is released to the client to ensure that information is complete and accurate. The reports are easy to understand and inspectors are happy to take time to clarify the information with the client.
