Survey Comments

A native San Franciscan, Dean Dinelli has been working in the overhead door field since 1994. As a single-employee company, Mr. Dinelli likes the control that he has over every aspect of his business and the fact that his work speaks for itself as it is accomplished and will be there for years to come.

Dean Dinelli’s Garage Doors does not take credit cards because Mr. Dinelli’s father’s favorite business motto was, “In God We Trust, All Else Pay Cash”.

Instead of giving his clients a two-hour window for when he will arrive to provide his service (as other companies do) he tries to accommodate them within a half-hour window. He feels that two hours is a lot of time to wait around for such a service.

COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
“I stand behind my product. I believe in what I do. I like what I do. I work mostly by referrals so I have to keep my customers satisfied. I am prompt, knowledgeable, and honest. If I think I am going to be late, I will give my clients a call. Because much of my business comes through referrals, when clients are satisfied it speaks volumes for a business like mine.”
