Unlike other general contracting firms, Dawson & Clinton has an architecturally trained in-house design team that is well equipped to either create plans from scratch, work from blueprints that have already been set, or work together with an outside architecture firm to develop the project vision. Once plans are finalized, the design team ensures that they are correctly interpreted to Dawson & Clinton’s construction crew, resulting in a timely and accurate implementation process.
