Survey Comments

Chris Wells began acquiring carpentry skills when he was 14 and has been involved in construction since then. Mr. Wells worked for years as a home inspector, evaluating more than 3,000 structures and gaining a thorough knowledge of the construction problems involving Bay Area residences.

In 1984 he became a general contractor and founded Christopher Wells Construction. He and his team have spent the last twenty years building a reputation for providing quality remodeling and repair and excellent customer service to Bay Area clients.

They take pride in the quality of their workmanship and will never cut corners where quality is concerned. Carpenters Jim Holland, Dan Burton, Ryan Holland, Steve Porter, Robert Wells, Kevin Cronin, Jeremy Stokes and Jordan Sudy pay great attention to detail. You’ll find their job sites clean and orderly.

They also stress communication through all phases of a project. The client won't have to worry about what's going on or when it will be completed— they will already know.
