owners of K2 Environmental Inc., Brock Emanuel and Dan Roeber, have extensive
and avid experience in both the environmental and construction fields.
Brock Emanuel is a licensed general contractor and has 25 years in the construction industry, both commercial and residential. As a previous catastrophe adjuster Brock has extensive experience with major insurance companies. He is certified in both construction and remediation.
Dan Roeber has been involved in the environmental, restoration and construction industry for the past 25 years, and has certifications in both restoration and construction. His knowledge of equipment and supplies helps to ensure quality job performance.
Dan and Brock's
hands-on involvement in every project, results in efficient and timely
project completion. They have detailed discussions with employees to outline
what's needed for each project, and count their employees as major contributors
to the success of each project. K2 Environmental, with offices in Danville,
Sacramento and Vacaville, has successfully engineered and remediated homes
and commercial buildings across the Bay Area, including an $80 million
estate with more than $30 million in fine art. Their projects have included
water, fire and mold restoration for many of the Bay Area's largest builders.
