Marie Graham’s final project in college was to devise a plan for a business. She designed a restaurant and catering business right down to the curtains in the windows. In 2006 she realized her lifelong dream and opened Thyme to Eat Café and Catering with her daughter Brianna Slaven. They recruited Brianna’s longtime friend Christina Chan as executive chef and together have been serving up great food at events throughout the East Bay.

Thyme to Eat is pleased to cater for any occasion, from weddings to birthdays, Bar Mitzvahs and corporate gatherings. To make your event memorable and unique, you’re invited to meet with Chef Chan to customize your menu. Choose from a wide selection of hot and cold appetizers, salads, soups, entrees and sides as well as desserts and beverages. Build your own buffet or choose from their prepackaged options. Special needs and requests are no problem, just ask!

You don’t have to throw a party to enjoy Thyme to Eat’s cuisine. Visit their Café at 2217 San Ramon Valley Boulevard for lunch or dinner Monday through Saturday. Dine in, get it to go or have it delivered, but don’t miss out!
