Owners Chuck Russell
and David Hodges

David
Hodges started Hodges Insurance Services on January 1, 1985. In 1989,
Chuck Russell, who graduated from Sonoma State University, joined Mr.
Hodges and they became Hodges & Russell Insurance Services. They are now
independent employee benefits consultants, specializing in consulting
about and providing a variety of health, dental, life and disability policies
for employee groups.
During
his acting career, Mr. Hodges learned "to stop acting and start reacting."
He quickly realized that one cannot react until one truly listens to what's
being said and how it's being said. This trained him to filter information
and find a solution that fulfills that person's needs, as opposed to just
selling something.
