Since 1989, Diablo Carpet Restoration (DCR) has provided professional carpet cleaning and restoration services to Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. A recent merger with Langenwalter Carpet Dyeing of San Ramon has enabled DCR to expand its expertise in stain removal and carpet dyeing, and to thereby provide each customer with access to comprehensive carpet cleaning and restoration services.

As a firm certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, Restoration and Certification), DCR is committed to providing each customer with professionally trained and experienced technicians who apply the most appropriate cleaning methods and use advanced cleaning products and equipment. Expertise in stain removal, carpet dyeing and color correction allows both residential and commercial customers to extend the useful life of their carpets while enjoying a healthy, clean and consistent appearance. Color correction can be applied in areas where stains have been removed or sun has faded the color, or in areas that have been spotted with bleach.

COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
"Not all carpet cleaners are the same. We believe that each customer deserves timely service that is best suited to their specific requirements. DCR offers four methods of carpet cleaning, from low-moisture bonnet cleaning, to truckmounted hot-water extraction to restorative shampoo cleaning. We use the method that is most consistent with the carpet's condition and the manufacturer's specifications, and we take the time to inspect each job with the customer."
