Kevin Sollitt has been in the HVAC industry since 1978 and started his own company in 1986. Temperature Perfection installs and repairs heating and air conditioning systems and cleans and seals air ducts. They use state-of-the art technology to determine whether ductwork needs to be cleaned and to check for leaks and cracks that could release life-threatening carbon monoxide through heat exchangers.

Air conditioning fails in the summer when it's hot and heating fails in the winter when it's cold. So Temperature Perfection offers an arrangement to keep your heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment in top working order all year.

The company stresses punctuality and requires technicians and installers to wear uniforms. They also wear floor savers, use drop clothes to protect floors and clean up after they're finished with a job. Their workers are prohibited from smoking, swearing, or using alcohol or drugs on the job. If these standards are not met, you don't have to pay.
