Mario Chavez's quarter century of industry experience encompasses everything from hands-on installation and repair work to delivering auto parts to management. In 1999, after a career of successfully managing companies owned by others, he founded Mission Muffler & Brake in Hayward.

Mission Muffler & Brake works on all types of vehicles, including trucks and recreational vehicles. They specialize in servicing brakes, custom exhaust systems and suspension systems. Of course they also install mufflers. They use only quality, brand name products such as AC-Delco, Bendix, Monroe and KYB. All Mission Muffler & Brake mechanics are ASE Certified. Their renowned service attracts clientele from Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Sonoma counties.
