Having started in the foundations area of
the construction business in 1970,
John A. Manuel received his college
degree and then returned to the construction field in 1984, preparing estimates for remodels. This gave him the strong background that he utilizes every day in his own contracting company, which he has owned and operated since 1990.

COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
"What differentiates my business are the very strong subcontractors that I use. For my part, I'm very detailed when I quote a job. I explain the entire process, step-by-step, both verbally and in writing to make sure that everything is extremely clear. I champion the homeowner's rights, and always focus on their needs.

Unlike so many other contractors in the industry, I believe in returning phone calls. My personal attention to customers generates goodwill, which goes a long way. I can honestly tell you that this business is not devoid of problems. If there's a problem, I resolve that problem as soon as possible.
