Dave Gray, owner of Home Heating & Air
Conditioning since 1993, has been in the industry since 1975 and established his first business in 1989.

As a smaller business, they're able to provide personalized service to both residential and commercial customers. Residential services include general maintenance and service repair as well as installation of replacement equipment. They also do indoor air-quality upgrades, energy-saving zoning systems, and new duct work for additions. Their commercial customers are mainly restaurants and
small office buildings where they provide refrigeration services and maintenance as well as heating and air conditioning.

The technicians of Home Heating & Air
Conditioning stay up-to-date with periodical
training from RSES, the Refrigeration Service
Engineer Society, but what makes them different is their commitment to service. Many residential service businesses stress replacement, finding it less problematic and more lucrative than repair work. At Home Heating & Air Conditioning, the approach is very customer-centric, so they take
the time to explain the options and are happy
to repair existing equipment if the customer so
chooses.
