As owners of Berkeley Craftsmen General Contractors, Inc., brothers Michael and Mark Butler continue the tradition of quality workmanship and client relations started by their grandfather, who, for over 40 years, ran a well-known Berkeley ironworks shop. For over 15 years their Bay Area business has offered custom home construction, residential additions and remodels, as well as commercial remodels. Berkeley Craftsmen encourages the use of sustainable building practices in order to increase property values, reduce energy costs, and help the environment.
