“The best thing is that he finished his work on time. He was upfront. If for example, I gave him a budget, he would let me know that he would get the best quality he could for that price. But, if it was not enough he would suggest cheaper products. We consulted with several landscapers, and some did not even show up. Steve came to me and let me know that it was a rainy season, and he could get to me right away. He would hold all other jobs for the next few months to dedicate the time to me.  He started the job right after I signed the contract and finished everything on time. I feel some people would have ripped me off, but he would not.” —Padmaja I.
